Technical Sergeant Syzemore serves as the Officer Accessions Instructor for the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps. In this role, he is responsible for managing the security clearances, pay, and medical screenings of cadets preparing for commissioning into the Air Force and Space Force.
A native of Northern California, Sergeant Syzemore’s most recent assignment was with the 571st Mobility Support Advisory Squadron at Travis Air Force Base, where he provided advising on Warehouse Operations and Supply Chain Management to partner nation militaries in Central and South America. His experience also includes an assignment with the National Reconnaissance Office, where he focused on IT acquisitions for a secure global supply chain. Sergeant Syzemore holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University, a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from Georgetown University, and a certificate in designing and building AI products from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Technical Sergeant Kaelyn Leonard

Technical Sergeant Kaelyn Leonard serves as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC), Administration, for cadre she ensures proper support of the personnel programs. She advises the Detachment Commander on morale and welfare of the unit and DAF enlisted matters. Enforces military standards essential in the training and development of high-quality warfighters for cadets. Manages administrative programs in support of the cadet life cycle, from orientation to commissioning, including pay and scholarships.
Sergeant Leonard enlisted in the Air Force in 2013 and graduated from Knowledge Operations Management Technical Training in 2013. Throughout her career, she has worked in leadership positions in the Administrative career field at the Squadron and Group level. She has also obtained her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from the Community College of the Air Force and is actively pursuing her Bachelors in Healthcare Administration. Prior to her current position, she was the Section Chief of the Special Warfare Training Group at Lackland AFB, Texas. She coordinated, performed, and managed several tasks and activities in direct support of the unit commander and senior leaders to include office management, human resources, executive staff support, official mail, and a variety of other services and duties.
