Time Commitments

The program requires roughly 6 hours per week from our freshmen and sophomore cadets during the school year. Activities consist of:

  • 1 hour Academic Class
  • 2 hour Leadership Lab
  • 2-3 hours of fitness┬átraining

All activities for our freshmen and sophomore cadets are self contained within Friday.

For juniors and seniors, activities consist of:

  • 3 hour Academic Class
  • 2 hour Leadership Lab
  • 2-3 hour fitness
  • 2+ hours extracurricular activities

If selected, 2 week field training between sophomore and junior years.
